In addition, I act as reviewer for Journal of Atmospheric Research (JGR-Atmospheres), Atmospheric Environment, Tellus B, Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics, etc.. I have participated as expert reviewer for the IPCC, and I have reviewed several projects for the Chilean Research Council (CONICYT), the Argentinean Research Council (CONICET), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in the United States of America.

1986-1987. Assistant teacher for courses in physics, Department of Physics, Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, University of Chile

1993: Teacher and part of the organizing committee of a special course on global and regional biogeochemical cycles, Department of Geophysics, University of Chile 

1994: Teacher of a short course on air pollution and modeling, Department of Geophysics, University of Chile  

1991-1996. Teacher for the following courses given at Department of Meteorology, Stockholm University: Air pollution meteorology, Climatology, General Circulation of the atmosphere

1997-: At the Department of Geophysics, University of Chile. I teach a course on atmospheric chemistry models (GF 515) and another on global change (GF 777). Also, I have taught several short-term courses on atmospheric chemistry modeling. Besides, at the Mathematical Engineering Department I participate on a course on inverse modeling in geophysics (MA 691).
