About me
I am a Ph.D. Candidate at the Department of Mathematical Engineering of the University of Chile. My advisors are: Dr. Marcos Kiwi and Dr. Martin Loebl.
Research Interests
My research interests are centered on discrete mathematics and related fields. I have a great interest in graph embeddings, particularly in embeddings with no dual loop and the directed cycle double cover conjecture. In addition, I'm extremely interested in the Ising model on triangulations of closed Riemann surfaces, its generalizations and associated problems. The last, is motivated by physical reasons and the link between discrete mathematics and statistical physics.
